1.   Made corporate structure suggestions to an East Texas tool company that when implemented resulted in saving $16,000 immediately, and which will continue each year in the future.

2.   Cut inventory costs for an Oklahoma implement dealer and saved more than $60,000 in annual costs.

3.   Developed an employee incentive plan for a Wisconsin machine shop resulting in record profits for the company through vastly improved work productivity.

4.   Helped owners of a West Texas supply store define real absorbed costs as part of a profitable sales plan.

5.   Captured a hidden manufacturer’s rebate for an Arkansas metal building factory that produced $150,000 in new cost savings.

6.   Identified a break-even point for a company in Central Texas in the building supply business. An employee awareness program installation resulted in weekly sales increase from average $20,000 to an average of $33,000.  Revised billing procedures so that billing was invoice-based rather than a single monthly statement, resulting in improved cash flow.

7.   Identified overhead recovery rate for a retail operation and within one month the overhead recovery rate decreased from 31% to 28% by identifying direct and indirect costs and recommending “controllable” expenditures.

8.   Identified annual inventory event for a wholesale business in West Texas as costing 2 ˝ days of lost sales plus overtime and replaced with a cycle inventory that maintained an accurate perpetual inventory resulting in:
